What is VIP pricing?
It's private pricing for people on our VIP Early Access List. VIPs shop it Nov 15-23. It covers our whole store: saunas, cold plunges, showers, electrolytes, merch and accessories. Bundle deals are included. We don't list the deals on this page.
When do I get my code?
We email the VIP code to everyone on the list on Nov 15. Use it from Nov 15 to Nov 23.
I'm already on the SISU email list. Do I need to join?
Yes. VIP pricing goes only to people who join this list by Nov 14.
Do I have to buy anything?
No. Joining is free, and you never have to buy. Email is all we need. Your phone number is optional. You can unsubscribe anytime.
Can I combine it with other codes?
No. One offer per order.
When would my sauna arrive?
Every SISU is built to order, then ships in a crate by freight. Want it by Christmas? Order by Nov 3. From Nov 14, you can add Quickship for an extra charge. It ships within a week, while supplies last.

What do I need to get ready?
- A flat, level base. A concrete slab works best. Pavers on packed gravel, or a deck strong enough for the sauna and the people in it, also work. Not on grass, dirt or mulch.
- Power. Every SISU needs its own 240V circuit, wired by a licensed electrician. Call your electrician before your sauna arrives.
- Delivery. Your sauna comes in a crate by freight. The driver sets the crate down at the curb of your driveway. Moving it to its spot and building it are up to you, so plan a clear path.
- Building it. Everything is pre-cut and pre-fit. No measuring, no guesswork. Plan on 2-3 people and basic tools. Need an installer? Contact our sales team and we'll connect you with a contractor near you where we have one.
- Your HOA. If you have one, check its rules before you order.
